The Blue Boar is situated in the village of Temple Grafton, just outside of Stratford-upon-Avon, the home of William Shakespeare - who was married in the church in Temple Grafton.
Just to the south of us is the Cotswolds, in view from the village - an area of outstanding natural beauty which has hardly been touched by modern developments for hundreds of years.

The Blue Boar is also well situated for access to Birmingham (15 miles to the north - follow A435) and the NEC (20 miles -follow A435 until M42 then take direction north until exit junction 6).

Worcester is 15 miles to the West of The Blue Boar. 12 miles to the west of Alcester.

For site-seeing, Blenheim Palace is 30 miles to the south (A3400) at Woodstock and 10 miles further on are the dreaming spires of Oxford.
